Our chefs cook seasonal Moroccan food from village markets: slow tagines, saffron from Taliouine, argan and olive oil from the Souss, bread baked each morning. Vegetarian, vegan and every dietary need handled as a matter of course. Alcohol-free by default, open on request.

- How do I host my own retreat in Morocco?
- Bring your community and your programme. Umnya operates everything on the ground: venues (private Sahara camp, riads, coastal lodges), all meals, transfers, local guides and 24/7 support. You receive a net partner rate per guest and set your own retail price to your community.
- What group sizes can Umnya host?
- 8 to 20 guests depending on the venue. The sweet spot for leader-led retreats is 10 to 14 guests. Every retreat is private: one group at a time, never mixed.
- Is Morocco safe for women's retreats?
- Female-led groups are a large part of Umnya's work. The local team has been vetted over years, properties are fully private, and support is on call 24/7. Leaders can visit on a hosted two night site inspection before committing.
- How fast can a retreat be confirmed?
- Umnya answers every enquiry within 24 hours, sends a first itinerary sketch and partner rate within a week, and holds provisional dates for 7 days. Most leader retreats confirm 6 to 10 months before departure.

We build weeks around eight guests because at four an empty seat costs more than a third of what the week earns, and a group that size stops carrying itself. That is a reason, not a door policy. Below eight there is still a way in, and it is the first one here.
