Three things make Umnya rare.

The landscape
The setting is not the backdrop. It is the practice. We work in landscapes that the science of longevity is only now beginning to describe, places where movement is required, food is local, sleep follows the sun, and silence is not a choice. The Sahara at Erg Chigaga. The High Atlas at 2,400 metres. The Atlantic at Taghazout. Each one chosen for what it does to a human nervous system over eight days.

The studios
We do not impose a method. We host yours. Each Umnya edition is co-created with one partner studio, a leading European house of movement, breathwork, somatic practice, or longevity coaching. They bring their community, their coaches, their philosophy. We handle the landscape, the logistics, the culture. One studio per edition. Category exclusivity guaranteed.

The culture
The oldest longevity practice on the planet is still alive in Morocco. Walking at dawn. Eating from the earth. Sleeping under open sky. Gathering around fire. The Amazigh nomads of the Sahara and the Atlas have practised these things for a thousand years without naming them. We place you in their landscape, guided by their people, eating from their cooperatives, listening to their music. The culture is not an excursion. It is the retreat.
