For the one who organises
You said you would plan the trip.
This is how it stops being work.
Eight to sixteen people who already know each other: friends, a family, an alumni circle, a club. One week from Marrakech to the Sahara, one price per person, dates held for you, and nothing to advance. You bring the group, we bring the country.
Why group trips die in the group chat
Everyone wants to go. Then one person has to find the villa, the driver, the dates, the deposit, and the trip quietly becomes their second job.
Forty messages, no decision
Dates, budgets and tastes never align by themselves. We give you two windows and one proposal, which is what a group can actually say yes to.
Somebody has to front the money
Not here. The place contracts each traveller directly, per person. The organiser never holds anyone's money and never chases anyone for it.
The organiser does not get a holiday
Transfers, meals, a guide who grew up here, a night under the stars with no lights for a hundred kilometres: it is held for you. You arrive as one of the group, not as its secretary.
The groups that come
The same week, and the reasons differ.
Friends, and the one birthday that deserves it
A fortieth, a fiftieth, the year everyone finally has the time. Eight to twelve people, a riad, the desert, and the dinner you will still be describing at the next one.
Alumni circles and clubs
A class, a club, a running crew. Twelve to sixteen people who share a history, a week that gives them a new one, and a secretary who did not have to build it.
Three generations
Grandparents, parents and the children who still want to come. We pace the week so that nobody is left in the car and nobody is dragged up a dune.
What the week looks like
Marrakech first, then the road south, then the Sahara. The order matters: the city wakes you, the mountains slow you, the desert does the rest.
Marrakech
Two nights in a riad in the medina. The souk early with someone who grew up in it, the hammam after the first long day, a rooftop at dusk.
The road and the Atlas
Over the pass, through the kasbah valleys, with stops that are not on a coach itinerary. A village oven, a family who receives, a river to put your feet in.
The Sahara
Two or three nights in a camp at the edge of Erg Chigaga. Dunes at sunset, a nomad family, a sky that becomes your ceiling, and silence in the morning.
Every evening
One long table. Moroccan food cooked by the people who keep it, music when it is wanted, and nothing when it is not.
Three ways to do it
The week is the reference. Shorten it, lengthen it, or point it at the coast instead of the desert.
The full week, Marrakech to the Sahara
Seven nights, eight to sixteen people. The one most groups choose, and the one worth a long flight.
The five-day escape
Four nights: Marrakech and the Agafay desert forty minutes away. For groups who cannot free a week, or who live three hours away and come back.
A commissioned journey
Your dates, your guests, your reasons. The Atlantic instead of the dunes, a trek instead of a camp, a week built around one person's idea of it.
The things the organiser needs in writing
So that the group can decide in one message instead of forty.
One price per person
You receive a proposal per person, by room type, with everything on the ground included. Prices are not on this page because every group is a different size in a different season.
Nothing to advance
Each traveller books and pays their own place directly with the place that hosts the week. The organiser never holds the group's money.
Dates held for the group
Tell us the season you have in mind and the size you expect. We hold the places for your group while the group decides, and we tell you honestly when the hold ends.
What stays with each traveller
International flights, travel insurance and visas. Everything from the airport onwards is held for you.
Private group trip to Morocco: the questions organisers ask
- How many people do we need for a private group trip?
- Eight is the number at which a week becomes yours alone. Sixteen is the ceiling at which it still feels like a group of friends rather than a tour. Below eight, seats on a published departure are the honest answer.
- Does the organiser have to collect the money?
- No. Each traveller books and pays their own place directly with the place that hosts the week. The organiser never holds anyone's money and never chases anyone.
- Can we choose our own dates?
- Yes. A private group sets its own dates. Tell us the season you have in mind and we hold the places while the group decides; the best windows are October to April for the desert and spring or autumn for the coast.
- What if some of us do not want to walk or ride?
- Then they do not. Every afternoon has a version for the people who want to move and a version for the people who want to sit under a tree with a book, and both are in the same place by dinner.
- Is Morocco safe for a group of friends, including women travelling without partners?
- Yes, and we say so from experience rather than from a brochure. Our weeks are led by people who live here, the places are ours or long-standing partners, and the group is never left to find its own way.
- How far ahead should the organiser start?
- Four to six months for a week in a good season, because the riads and camps we use are small. A five-day escape can be built in six weeks.

Choosing Between a Hotel Partner and an Owned Camp
A hotel gives you beds, a kitchen and a rate card, and gives your dates to whoever confirms first. An owned place gives you the calendar and the privacy, and asks you to trust one operator.
Tell us who is coming, and when.
One message with the season, the size and the occasion. You get a proposal per person within the week, and the group gets one thing to say yes to.
Plan the group trip→Before the dates exist
Tell us when. We will tell you where.
We open a small number of weeks each season. Choose the window you have in mind and what you come for, and you will hear about those dates before they are published.
