For beauty houses, skin studios and urban spas
She has been coming to you
every month for nine years.
A beauty house holds the most loyal clientele in the trade and the fewest ways to deepen it. A discount cheapens what you charge for. A week in Morocco, hosted by you and run by us, is the one thing a client who already buys everything cannot book for herself.
What a loyalty card cannot do
The clients you would take are the ones who have been with you for years, who spend every month without being asked, and who already travel well. The usual tools do nothing for them.
A discount cheapens the room
Taking money off a treatment someone already buys tells her the price was soft to begin with. It buys one appointment and costs you the position you spent years building.
The newer house down the street
Beauty is the one trade where a loyal client can be lost to curiosity alone. What holds her is not a better price, it is a relationship she cannot replace, and a week away builds more of that than a year of appointments.
They come for a person, not a treatment
Your clients follow a pair of hands. That is the strongest asset in the business and the hardest one to scale, and it is exactly the asset that travels.

Who these weeks are built for
The top of the trade, not the volume end. A house with a name, a waiting list and a clientele that books by the season.
Maisons de beauté and institutes
Houses with a named founder and clients who have been on the books for years. The invitation comes from you, which is why it is accepted.
Skin studios and facialists
Aesthetic skin work without the medical licence. Your protocols and your products travel with you; we operate everything around them and make no claims about treatment.
Hair houses and colourists
A colourist who has had the same heads for nine years holds the most durable clientele in the industry. Almost nobody has ever offered them a week.
Urban spas and hammams
A city spa whose members already buy every month, and who would pay again for the week the membership was always a substitute for.
What the week actually holds
Half of it belongs to your trade. The other half is the country, because that is what makes it a week rather than a long appointment.
Mornings, the ritual
Hammam at the proper temperature, black soap and kessa, rhassoul clay, argan from the cooperative that presses it. The Moroccan ritual is the oldest beauty protocol still in daily use, and it is done here the way it is done at home, not the spa-menu version.
Middays, your own treatments
A room set up for you, so the work you charge for in the city happens here with better light and no clock. You bring what you use; we bring the table, the water, the linen and the quiet.
Afternoons, the country
A potter's wheel, a weaver's loom, a village kitchen, a walk in the valley, or nothing at all. The hours nobody schedules are the ones your clients describe when they get home.
Evenings, one table
One long table, one group, food cooked where it is eaten. Nobody else in the riad and nobody else in the camp.
Three ways to run it
Most houses start on the first and are on the second by the following year.
Seats on a published week
Your clients join a departure already on the calendar and you come as the host. Nothing to design, nothing to guarantee, and your own place is free from eight paying guests.
A week that belongs to your house
Your name on it, your dates, your protocols, your choice of terrain. We design and operate it; you invite. This is the format a house settles on once it has seen one work.
A two-night escape near Marrakech
For a clientele that cannot take a week off. Agafay or the Atlas, a night under canvas, the ritual, one long table, home on the third day.
How the money works
Said plainly, because nobody in this trade enjoys being quoted vaguely.
A flat commission
You are paid on every client you bring, agreed in the first conversation. The figure is not published because it follows the format and the season, and we would rather state it to you than to the internet.
Your own place is free
From eight paying guests. A second seat, for someone from your team, comes on the same terms from twelve.
Exclusivity by city and season
If your house runs a week, no other beauty house in that city runs one in the same window. It is granted per season, not for ever, and we say so before you ask.
No upfront cost, no guarantee
We carry the places, the ground and the risk. You carry the invitation. International flights, travel insurance and visas stay with your clients, and everything on the ground in Morocco is ours.
Beauty house retreats, answered
- Can I bring my own treatments and products?
- Yes, and most houses do. Your protocols and your brand travel with you; we set up the room, the water, the linen and the schedule around them. The paperwork for professional products is handled before you fly, from a list we send at the planning stage.
- Are you a medical provider?
- No. Umnya operates everything around the care and makes no medical claims. Anything that needs a licence stays with you and your practitioners, under your own insurance and your own country's rules.
- How many clients do I need to bring?
- Eight paying guests makes a private week work, and twenty is the ceiling before we split it into two. Below eight, your clients get a better week on one of the published departures, and we will point you there rather than quote a private price that does not hold.
- My clients have never travelled together. Does that work?
- Most have not. The week is built so nobody is in a group all day: the mornings are shared, the middle of the day is free, and one table at night does the rest. Nobody is asked to perform.
- When should a beauty house travel?
- October to April for the Sahara and the south, March to June and September to November for the coast, and almost any month for Marrakech and the Atlas. A house with a seasonal rush picks the month its chairs are empty.
- How far ahead do we plan?
- Four to six months for a private week, because the places and the artisans are held per date rather than pulled from a catalogue. A two-night escape can be arranged in about six weeks.

Choosing Between a Hotel Partner and an Owned Camp
A hotel gives you beds, a kitchen and a rate card, and gives your dates to whoever confirms first. An owned place gives you the calendar and the privacy, and asks you to trust one operator.
Beyond producing events
Running events in other people's places for years teaches you what those places get wrong. Two lines of work follow from that: advising the people who build wellness places in Morocco, and operating the wellness side of their assets.
