A long table laid at dawn in the Moroccan desert

Morocco market entry · Wellness and hospitality brands

Opening in Morocco,
with a team already on the ground.

For wellness clubs, studios, recovery concepts, clinics and hospitality brands that want to open in Morocco: the market, the sites, the partners, the permits contacts, the works and the opening. Or a single flagship event to test the market first.

Why Morocco, why now

Morocco is Africa's most visited country, the co-host of the 2030 World Cup and a hotel market that international groups are expanding into. The wellness clubs, studios and clinics that its cities lack are an opening for brands that arrive early.

Everything an opening needs

Take the whole path with us, or only the steps you need. Each step is agreed in writing before it starts.

  1. 01

    Market study and sites

Which city, which district, which customer, at what price point, against which competitors. A written reading before you commit.

  2. 02

    Partner or franchisee

Finding and checking a local partner, master franchisee or investor, and introducing them under agreed terms.

  3. 03

    Authorities and permits contacts

Introductions to the regional investment centres and to licensed lawyers, accountants and consultants, and follow-up of each file. No permit is promised in advance.

  4. 04

    Real estate scouting

Shortlisting premises or plots, visits, and a reading of each option against the concept and the budget.

  5. 05

    Architects and project management

Local architects, engineers and delegated project managers who know the rules and the trades, chosen with you and coordinated by us.

  6. 06

    Works follow-up

A team on the ground that follows the works, the suppliers and the calendar, and reports to you in writing.

  7. 07

    Team and pre-opening

Recruitment, training, local suppliers and the calendar of the first months, so that the doors open ready.

  8. 08

    Launch and events

The opening event, the first community weeks and the content that make a new brand known in its first season.

Two ways in

The full opening

One flagship event

A pop-up week, a brand retreat or a launch in Marrakech or Casablanca to meet the market and the partners before signing anything.

Who we work for

What we do not do

We do not sign for others

Architects, engineers, lawyers and contractors are licensed local partners who contract with you directly. We choose them with you and coordinate them.

No promised permits

We prepare and follow files with the right people; no authorisation is ever promised in advance.

No financial advice

We do not advise on financial investments, raise funds or hold anyone's money.

Interests declared

If we have any interest in a site, a partner or a supplier we introduce, we say so in writing first.

Questions brands ask

Can you help us open a club or studio in Morocco?
Yes. We read the market, find the site and the partners, connect you with the licensed architects, lawyers and project managers, follow the works and prepare the opening. You can take the whole path or only the steps you need.
Do you handle permits?
We introduce you to the regional investment centres and to licensed advisors, prepare the files with them and follow each one. No permit is promised in advance, and every authorisation is granted by the competent authority.
Do you build?
No. Construction is carried out by licensed local architects, engineers, delegated project managers and contractors who contract with you. We help you choose them, coordinate them and follow the works on your behalf.
Can we start with one event?
Yes. A pop-up week, a brand retreat or a launch event in Marrakech or Casablanca is often the best way to meet the market, the partners and the press before committing to premises.
Which cities?
Mainly Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier for clubs and studios, and Marrakech, Agadir, Taghazout and Essaouira for hospitality and spa projects.
How are fees set?
Never published: a fixed fee for a study, a project fee in milestones for an opening, and a monthly retainer for follow-up. Each is agreed in writing before any work.
