This page explains what personal data Umnya collects through umnya.co, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how to exercise your rights. Umnya is operated by From the desert with love SARL, Casablanca, Morocco.

What we collect

Only what you send us through a form: your name and email address and, depending on the form, your phone number, your organisation, the size of your group, your preferred dates and the message you write. With each request we also record the page and language it was sent from and, if you arrived from another website, the address of that website, so that we can answer the right question.

Why we use it

To answer your request, to prepare a proposal and to organise your stay if you go ahead. If you join our list, we also write to you about new departures, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read and which requests are sent. It writes cookies and processes technical data such as your approximate location, your device and your browser, so it only runs if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you refuse, its script is never loaded and no measurement cookie is set. You can change your choice below at any time.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the website and processes the forms. Resend delivers our emails, ImprovMX forwards the mail sent to our addresses, and Google provides our mailbox and the audience measurement. Each of them processes your data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you travel with us, to organise and follow up on your stay. We delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to our emails. Write to journeys@umnya.co and we will answer within one month.
