The commercial model, simply
You receive a net partner rate per guest and set your own retail price to your community. Category exclusivity on request. Net rates are shared privately once we know your dates and group size, never published.

Our chefs cook seasonal Moroccan food from village markets: slow tagines, saffron from Taliouine, argan and olive oil from the Souss, bread baked each morning. Vegetarian, vegan and every dietary need handled as a matter of course. Alcohol-free by default, open on request.

Two hosted nights on our properties for qualified leaders, arranged around your travel. No commitment before.
We produce, you lead
Co-design over 2 to 3 calls worth of email, then our team runs the week while you hold your group.

- Comment organiser ma propre retraite au Maroc ?
- Vous apportez votre communauté et votre programme. Umnya opère l'intégralité du terrain : les lieux (camp privé dans le Sahara, riads, lodges en bord de mer), tous les repas, les transferts, les guides locaux et une assistance 24/7. Vous bénéficiez d'un tarif partenaire net par voyageur et fixez librement votre prix de vente auprès de votre communauté.
- Quelles tailles de groupe Umnya peut-elle accueillir ?
- De 8 à 20 voyageurs selon le lieu. L'équilibre idéal pour une retraite animée par un leader se situe entre 10 et 14 voyageurs. Chaque retraite est privée : un seul groupe à la fois, jamais de mélange.
- Le Maroc est-il sûr pour les retraites au féminin ?
- Les groupes conduits par des femmes représentent une part importante de l'activité d'Umnya. L'équipe locale est éprouvée depuis des années, les propriétés sont entièrement privatisées et l'assistance est joignable 24/7. Les leaders peuvent effectuer une visite de repérage de deux nuits, offerte, avant de s'engager.
- En combien de temps une retraite peut-elle être confirmée ?
- Umnya répond à chaque demande sous 24 heures, envoie une première ébauche d'itinéraire et le tarif partenaire sous une semaine, et pose une option sur les dates pendant 7 jours. La plupart des retraites animées par un leader se confirment 6 à 10 mois avant le départ.
