必要なのは一社の提携先ではなく、分野ごとに最適な一社です。

カレンダーには埋めるべき席が568あり、それらは互いに置き換えられません。サーフクラブが埋める週は、ヨガスタジオには埋められません。その逆もまた然りです。クラブの種類ごとに、実際に何があるのかをお示しします。

得られるもの、そしてその対価

前払いは不要、最低購入数もなく、売れ残った席を抱えることもありません。すでにあなたを信頼している方々をお連れいただき、その方々が自力では予約できなかった一週間を贈る。あとはすべてこちらで引き受けます。

御社とリトリートを行う費用は

前払いはございません。最低購入数も、買い取る座席も、売れ残りを抱えることもありません。貸切出発では手付金がキャンプ、ガイド、車両を押さえます。手付金は最終残額から差し引かれ、上乗せされることはありません。

何名連れて行く必要がありますか

公開出発なら一名から。お一人でも、そちらの成果として記録されます。カレンダー外の貸切出発は週が成立するだけの人数が要り、これは形式によります。私たちのグループは八名から二十名です。

モロッコ旅行の販売に免許は必要ですか

私たちが保有しています。モロッコでの旅行販売には観光省発行の免許が必要で、私たちは自社の免許で運行しています。そちらはコミュニティを連れてきて、指導に集中してください。法規、保険、現地運営は私たちの側です。

Do we need to be a studio, or does an independent coach qualify?

A coach qualifies, and often works better. You decide alone where a studio needs a committee, your clients follow you personally rather than the address, and you already know which twelve of them would come. You do not need premises, a company, or a following in the thousands. You need a group who trust you and a week they could not organise for themselves.

We run teacher trainings, not week-long retreats. Does that work?

Yes, and it is a different conversation. A three-week training needs a base rather than a route: somewhere your students sleep in the same bed for twenty-one nights, with a room that holds a circle, food that repeats without becoming dull, and reliable internet for the theory hours. We have that in Marrakech and in the High Atlas. What we would not do is put a full training in the desert camp, where the isolation that makes a seven-night retreat extraordinary becomes hard work by week three. The version that does work is a training at a base with three or four nights in the Sahara inside it, which is usually the part students talk about afterwards.

I normally get paid to lead a retreat. Does that work here?

Yes, and it is a different arrangement rather than an exception. When you are the reason people come, you are paid a fee, and in return the retreat is promoted to your community on dates agreed in advance. We write both halves down. What does not work is a fee with no promotion: the week then costs us the fee and brings nobody, and we would rather say so now than discover it in month three.
