Your deposit is protected, never lost

The 20% deposit is non-refundable but always transferable: move it once to another date or retreat, pass your place to someone else up to 14 days before departure, or keep it as a credit valid 24 months.
The balance stays free until 60 days before departure, and half refundable until 30 days before.
If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a rebooking with an extra 5% credit.
