Four days of structured fitness training in Marrakech: strength, conditioning, HIIT, and functional movement in a private facility. Then a three-day transfer to Taghazout on Morocco's Atlantic surf coast, where surf introductions, ocean yoga, and a full cold-water recovery protocol bring the week to its close.

Strength training
Daily functional fitness sessions in a private Marrakech facility. Strength, conditioning and HIIT programming adapted to group level. All equipment included. Personal coaching throughout.
Surf in Taghazout
Guided surf sessions at Morocco's premier Atlantic break. All levels: beginners to experienced surfers. Local certified coaches. Anchor Point, Killer Point and Hash Point all within reach.
Yoga & pilates
Morning movement sessions throughout the week. Yoga for recovery and mobility. Pilates for core stability and injury prevention. The practice that makes the training sustainable.
Ice bath protocol
Daily cold plunge after training sessions. In Marrakech, dedicated cold plunge in the riad. In Taghazout, direct Atlantic ocean immersion. Cold water at its most elemental.
Hammam & massage
Traditional hammam ceremony mid-week in Marrakech. Deep tissue massage targeting legs and back. Full recovery protocol before the Taghazout surf days.
Cooking class
A private cooking session with a Marrakech chef. Fresh ingredients from the souk, traditional techniques, a shared table. The best recovery meal you will eat on any retreat.

Eight days in Morocco.
Arrival Marrakech
Transfer from airport to riad. Welcome dinner. Programme overview. Early rest before first training day.
First session
Morning fitness session: movement assessment and programming. Afternoon second session or medina walk. Ice bath after training.
Build day
Progressive load fitness session. Afternoon hammam and massage. Yoga before dinner.
Peak day
Full conditioning session with competition element. Ice bath and cold plunge. Cooking class in the evening.
Transfer to Taghazout
Morning departure south along the Atlantic coast. Arrive Taghazout at midday. First surf session or beach yoga at sunset.
Ocean day
Sunrise yoga on the beach. Morning surf session. Atlantic cold plunge. Afternoon free by the ocean.
Final surf
Second surf session. Post-surf cold plunge. Argan forest walk. Farewell dinner.
Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Agadir or Marrakech airport by arrangement.

Getting there
How to arrive.
Fly into Marrakech Menara (RAK). Direct connections from most European cities. Transfer to the riad takes 20 minutes and is included.
On day 5, a private transfer takes the group south to Taghazout, approximately 2.5 hours. Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA) is an alternative departure option on day 8.
