For studios, clinics and brands in the US and Europe
The wellness industry
has run out of new places.
Everyone is filming in the same white studio in Los Angeles and running the same retreat in the same Bali villa. We own a camp sixty kilometres of piste past the last paved road in Morocco, and we run forty-five departures a year around it.
Five ways in, and they are not the same deal
A studio, a coach, a clinic, a founder and a brand are not buying the same thing from us, so we stopped pretending one page could speak to all five.
Studios, coaches, gyms and clubs
Your community, somewhere they could not go alone
Yoga, Pilates, Lagree, strength, running, cycling, surf, trekking, padel and tennis. You lead the training, we hold the ground, the guides and the licence. Nothing to pay upfront and no unsold seats to carry.
- You bring
- Your members
- You get
- A commission, your coach's seat, and category exclusivity in your city
Independent coaches and trainers
Your clients, somewhere you did not have to organise
You already know which twelve of your clients would come. You do not need premises, a company or a following in the thousands. You teach; we hold the ground, the guides and the licence.
- You bring
- Your clients
- You get
- A commission, your seat from eight guests, or a fee if people come for you
Recovery, wellness and aesthetic clinics
The one thing your clients cannot book themselves
Your clients already spend at this level and already travel. What they cannot buy is a week built for them by the person they trust with their face and their body. This is retention, not a discount.
- You bring
- Your clients
- You get
- A retention tool nobody else in your city offers
Founders with a community
The people who already buy from you
Beauty, fashion, design, food, naturopathy. Your customers followed you before they followed a product, and you do not have to teach anything: you host, we build and run the week.
- You bring
- Your customers
- You get
- A net rate you price on top of, your own seat, and everything we film
Supplements, drinks, nutrition, apparel, recovery
A week you could not shoot anywhere else
Real athletes, real coaches, seven days in the Erg Chigaga, the High Atlas or on the Atlantic. You are not buying our guest list. You are buying the footage, and your own channels carry it from there.
- You bring
- A marketing budget
- You get
- A production week, category exclusivity, and everything we film
Das Camp, zu sehen in
- Condé Nast Traveler
- The Telegraph
- Harper's Bazaar
- L'Officiel
- TelQuel
- Shoelifer
- Mr. Tripper
- L'Escale Voyage
- The Scape Artists
- Explore Africa
What all three are actually buying
Whatever they call it, every partner is buying the same four things. They are the hard part, and they are the reason people who try this alone stop after one attempt.
- 33
- retreats already published
- 49
- dated departures across the year
- 8
- languages the site runs in
- 60 km
- of piste past the last tarmac to our camp
We own the camp, we do not book it
Umnya Dune Camp in the Erg Chigaga is ours. That means we set the calendar, the standard and the privacy, with nobody to negotiate with and no hotel deciding your dates for you. There is also a helipad, which matters when a journalist cannot give you a day on a piste.
We are the licensed operator
Selling travel in Morocco requires a licence from the Ministry of Tourism. We hold it and we operate under it. You keep the teaching, the brand and the relationship with your people. The regulatory exposure, the insurance and the ground operation sit with us.
We find the ground ourselves
Nobody sends us a catalogue. We drive the pistes, sleep in the camps, walk the trails and eat in the houses before anything goes on sale. It is why the desert week works in February and why we say no to July.
Eight languages, one catalogue
Everything we publish runs in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish and Japanese. A partner's departure is readable by their whole community, not only the part that reads English.
What partners ask before they write
- What exactly does Umnya do that we could not do ourselves?
- We hold the ground, the guides, the vehicles, the permits and the Moroccan operator licence. Selling travel in Morocco is a regulated activity, and the regulatory exposure, the insurance and the ground operation sit with us rather than with you. You keep the teaching, the brand and the relationship with your people. Most partners could organise one week themselves; almost none want to organise the second.
- What does it cost to become a partner?
- Nothing. There is no joining fee, no minimum purchase and no seats to buy in advance. Your people book with us and pay us directly, so you never advance a deposit or carry unsold places. If a week does not fill, you have lost time rather than capital.
- How are we paid?
- A flat commission on everyone you bring, with no ladder to climb and no threshold to reach. We give you the number in the first conversation but we do not publish it, because a rate a partner reads on a public page becomes a ceiling in every negotiation that follows. Your coach's seat is free from eight paying guests.
- Do you work with our competitors?
- Not in your category, in your city, in the same season. Category exclusivity is defined narrowly and written down: if a Pilates studio in Lisbon works with us, no competing Lisbon Pilates studio does that season. It costs us the second and third deal in every city, which is exactly why the first one is worth having.
- How many people do we need to bring?
- Groups run from eight to twenty depending on the format. Twelve to sixteen is the right size for a first outing: large enough that fixed costs spread, small enough that it feels chosen. Below eight the week becomes dependent on two or three personalities.
- Who else has done this with you?
- No studio, coach, clinic or brand has run a full season with us yet. The programme opens for 2027. We would rather say that than imply otherwise, and the first partners will get terms and exclusivity that will not exist once the categories are taken.
We are early, and we would rather say so
No studio, clinic or brand has run a season with us yet. This programme opens for 2027, and the first partners will get terms and exclusivity that will not exist once the categories are taken.
If you would rather wait until someone else has proved it, we understand, and we will still be here. If you would rather be the one people are asked about, that window is open now: one partner per category, per city, per season.
