For recovery, wellness and aesthetic clinics
Your clients can buy
almost anything. Not this.
They already spend at this level and already travel. What they cannot book is a week in Morocco built for them by the person they trust with their face, their body and their recovery.
Retention is the problem nobody solved for you
Clinics have the wealthiest clients in wellness and the weakest tools to keep them. Everything on offer is a variation of paying people to come back.
A membership is not loyalty
A client on a package is a client with a calendar reminder. It holds them until a newer clinic opens six streets away with better equipment and a launch offer. Nothing about a monthly plan makes leaving feel like a loss.
A discount teaches the wrong lesson
Every price you cut tells a client the earlier price was optional. It buys a visit and costs you the next negotiation. And the client who came for a discount leaves for one.
Referral schemes ask clients to sell
They rarely do. Your best clients will bring someone to something they are already going to, though. A trip they are excited about does more referral work in one week than a scheme does in a year.

Which clinics this is built for
The word clinic covers a dozen different businesses. These are the ones where a week in Morocco does something a treatment cannot, and we are specific because the fit is not universal.
Longevity and regenerative medicine
Your clients are buying years. A week that changes how someone sleeps, eats and moves is the intervention you cannot deliver in a forty-minute appointment, and it is the one they credit you for afterwards.
Aesthetic medicine and injectables
Your work is visible and your competition is three streets away with the same devices and a launch offer. What nobody three streets away has is a week your clients talk about for a year.
Recovery, cryotherapy and performance
You already sell heat, cold, pressure and rest. Morocco has the versions that cannot be installed in a basement: a real hammam, the Atlantic in January, and a desert that does the sleep work for you.
Functional, hormone and metabolic health
Your protocols need adherence and adherence needs a reset. A week where the food, the light and the sleep are all handled does more for your outcomes than another supplement.
Dermatology and advanced skin
The one category we talk clinics out of more often than into. A week of desert sun is wrong for several protocols and we will say so before you sell anything. Autumn, the coast, and a shaded programme work; we build that version or we tell you to wait.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
Clients plateau because their life goes back to normal between sessions. A week where their life is the programme moves people who have not moved in months.
What the week actually is
Not a spa holiday and not a bootcamp. Movement in the morning, real recovery in the afternoon, and enough time in between that people talk to each other. Your protocols, our ground.
Morning
Movement before the heat. Whatever your practice is, taught by you or your lead practitioner, on terrain that makes it feel like a different discipline.
Midday
A long lunch and nothing asked of anyone until late afternoon. Most people sleep. This is the part clients remember and the part every schedule cuts first.
Afternoon
Hammam, massage, cold plunge, breathwork. The recovery half is not an add-on: it is why the week works on bodies that arrive tired.
Evening
One long table, food from the cooperatives we buy from, no phones. This is where a client stops being a client.
Filling it is the part you are worried about
Every clinic owner asks the same second question. Here is the honest answer, and what we do so it is not your problem alone.
You are not running a campaign
You do not need a mailing list, an ad budget or a launch. You need twelve conversations with clients you already see every month. The clinics that fill a week fill it across about three weeks of ordinary appointments, one mention at a time.
You build nothing
We give you a private page for your group, the day-by-day schedule, the images and written answers to the questions your clients will ask. You send a link. Nothing to design, nothing to write, nothing to check with a lawyer.
You carry nothing
Your clients book the ground arrangements with us and pay us directly. No deposit to advance, no float to cover, no refund to process out of the clinic's account. If a week does not fill, you have lost time rather than capital.
And if it does not fill
We tell you on a date agreed in advance, while everything is still refundable, and we either move it or cancel it. Nobody is left holding a camp for eleven guests. We would rather lose a season than sell you a week that embarrasses you in front of your best clients.
The line we do not cross
Clinics are regulated and we are not a clinic. Being exact about this in the first conversation is worth more than any reassurance we could write.
We are not medical and never present ourselves as such
We do not perform, supervise, advise on or replace any clinical treatment, and no page of ours describes a health outcome. Your practitioners keep their scope and their protocols. We run everything around them.
What stays yours
Your protocols, your programme, your client relationships, your pricing and your name on the week. We do not contact your clients afterwards and we do not sell them anything.
Ours, from the moment they land
Choosing the places and testing them before anything is sold. Every road transfer, vehicle and driver. The guides. All meals. Permits, the Moroccan operator licence, insurance, and what happens when something goes wrong four hours from a road.
In writing, before you commit
The distance and drive time from each site to the nearest hospital, what medical cover exists on the ground, and where the mobile signal stops. You will be asked these questions by a client and you should not have to guess. International flights, travel insurance, visas and passports are the guest’s, and we say so on every page rather than absorb a cost we cannot control.
Three ways to run it
Every figure here is read from the live catalogue, so nothing you plan against can drift.
15
Four nights, a first outing
Short formats for a first group, when you want to test the idea with your best twelve clients before committing a season to it.
7
Seven nights, from this price
The full format, all-inclusive on the ground. You set what your clients pay; we invoice you a net rate and stay out of your pricing.
8–20
Your clients only
A date published nowhere, held for your clinic alone, with category exclusivity in your city for the season. Group sizes run in this range depending on the format.
How the money works
We do not publish rates. A number on a public page becomes a ceiling in every conversation that follows, so you get it in the first exchange instead. What the structure is, we will say here.
The rate
You get a net rate and you set the price
One rate per person that covers everything on the ground. What your clients pay is your decision and we stay out of it. Whether you run the week at cost as a loyalty gesture or with a margin on top is not our business, and we will never quote your own clients behind you.
The risk
Nothing to buy upfront
No seats to commit to, no minimum purchase, no unsold inventory. On a private date a deposit holds the camp, the guides and the vehicles, and it comes off the final balance rather than being added to it.
The protection
One clinic per category, per city
A private date is a week your competitors cannot buy. We hold a single clinic per category in a city for a season, which is the hardest thing we give and usually the reason a clinic signs rather than thinks about it for another year.
What clinic owners ask first
- What does it cost the clinic?
- Nothing upfront. No minimum purchase, no seats to buy, no unsold inventory. On a private date a deposit holds the camp, the guides and the vehicles, and it comes off the final balance rather than being added to it.
- What will our clients pay?
- You decide. We invoice a net rate per person covering everything on the ground in Morocco, and what you charge on top of it, or whether you charge anything on top of it, is entirely your call. Some clinics run the week at cost as a loyalty gesture. Others treat it as a product. Both work.
- What happens if we cannot fill the group?
- We agree a decision date before anything is non-refundable. On that date we either confirm, move the week, or cancel it at no cost to the clinic. You will never be asked to cover empty places, and we will not run a week so thin that it disappoints the clients you spent years earning.
- Is this for our clients or for us?
- Both, and that is the point. Your clients get a week they cannot buy elsewhere. You get a reason for them to stay that no competing clinic can copy, plus everything we film during the week for your own use.
- We do treatments. What can you actually deliver on the ground?
- Movement, hammam, massage, cold exposure, breathwork, sleep and food. We do not perform or replace any clinical treatment, and we do not present ourselves as medical. Your practitioners run their own protocols; we run everything around them.
- How far is medical help?
- It depends on the site, and we put the answer in writing before you commit: drive time to the nearest hospital, what cover exists on the ground and where mobile signal ends. Our camp in Erg Chigaga is the remotest site we use, sixty kilometres of piste beyond the last paved road, and we say so plainly rather than let a clinic discover it on arrival.
- How do our clients actually book?
- They book with us and pay us directly, through a private page built for your group. The clinic never handles the money, never advances a deposit and never processes a refund. You introduce the week; we do the administration.
- Whose name is on the week?
- Yours. The programme, the communication and the relationship are the clinic’s. We are the ground operator, which is a role best performed without a logo on it.
- How many clients do we need?
- Our groups run from eight to twenty depending on the format. For a first outing, eight to twelve of your best clients is usually the right size: small enough to feel chosen, large enough that the week has energy.
- When should we go?
- The desert runs late September to early June, because July and August are too hot in the Sahara for the camp to open. The Atlantic and the mountains do not close, and coastal weeks in summer are available on request. Plan eight to ten months ahead; the camps and guides we use are held earlier than most people expect.
- Do you handle flights?
- No, and deliberately. Each guest books their own flights, insurance and visa. We are a licensed ground operator in Morocco, not a travel agency, and the distinction is the difference between a licence we hold and one we do not.
- Do we need to speak French or Arabic?
- No. Our guides work in English, French and Arabic, and the week is run in whichever language your group speaks. Nothing on the ground requires you or your clients to manage a translation.
Twelve clients, one week, one season.
Tell us the city you are in and roughly when your clients travel. We will come back with a date, a format and a net rate, and you decide what your clients pay.
