The commercial model, simply
You receive a net partner rate per guest and set your own retail price to your community. Category exclusivity on request. Net rates are shared privately once we know your dates and group size, never published.

Sahara
Private camp at Erg Chigaga, 60 km from the last road. Silence, dunes, a sky with zero light pollution.
Atlas
Valley walks with Berber guides, village lunches, altitude and effort as part of the arc.

Surf at Taghazout and Tamraght, breathwork with the waves, golden hour on the sand.
Marrakech
Private riads in the medina, hammam ritual, the souk as a sensory practice.
Our chefs cook seasonal Moroccan food from village markets: slow tagines, saffron from Taliouine, argan and olive oil from the Souss, bread baked each morning. Vegetarian, vegan and every dietary need handled as a matter of course. Alcohol-free by default, open on request.

The first map
Within a week: a first itinerary sketch and the partner rate for your dates. Provisional dates held 7 days.
Walk the ground
Two hosted nights on our properties for qualified leaders, arranged around your travel. No commitment before.
We produce, you lead
Co-design over 2 to 3 calls worth of email, then our team runs the week while you hold your group.
