The Hybrid Fitness Performance Retreat was built around a single idea: the most transformative training experiences happen when the environment changes the work. Morocco gives you two extraordinary environments in nine days.

The Marrakech block is four days of structured training in a city that rewards movement: Hyrox-style circuits in a private riad courtyard, trail runs along the medina ramparts, padel on red-clay courts, pilates, and an Ourika Valley hiking day that serves as your first altitude session.

The second block is five days in a completely different landscape. For the 2027 pilot, that landscape is the Sahara: eight hours south of Marrakech, past the last paved road. Dawn yoga before the heat arrives, dune running on soft sand that demands everything from your legs, cold plunge from a desert well, nomad trekking with local guides, buggies in the open desert, and three nights of stargazing with zero light pollution for a thousand kilometres.

Sahara, Essaouira or Taghazout. Activities shift with the landscape. The performance level stays the same.

Hyrox + Pilates + Padel

Ourika Valley + Breathwork

  • Full-day Ourika Valley hiking excursion
  • Breathwork session on the mountain

Medina Run + Transfer
